ATM interface reporting

Guys,

Can anyone advise me on how NPM 11 can monitor the true value of an ADSL ATM interface such as on a Cisco 877 router you would gleen show dsl atm int atm0 and the following info would appear:

linkwood_r877#sh dsl int atm0

ATM0

                 Interleave             Fast    Interleave              Fast

Speed (kbps):          8064                0           448                 0

Cells:            259671817                0    1876261723                 0

Reed-Solomon EC:         39                0            29                 0

CRC Errors:              25                0             4                 0

Header Errors:           28                0             2                 0

Total BER:                7660E-12               0E-0

Leakage Average BER:      1175E-41               0E-0

                        ATU-R (DS)      ATU-C (US)

Bitswap:               enabled            enabled

Bitswap success:          0                   0

Bitswap failure:          0                   0

But Solarwinds reports on the physical interface such as:

linkwood_r877#sh int atm0

ATM0 is up, line protocol is up

Hardware is MPC ATMSAR (with Alcatel ADSL Module)

  MTU 4470 bytes, sub MTU 4470, BW 448 Kbit/sec, DLY 820 usec,

     reliability 255/255, txload 1/255, rxload 1/255

  Encapsulation ATM, loopback not set

So when monitoring the interfaces it shows that the ATM interface is more than 80% utilized but technically it's not.

Has anyone figured out a way so that Solarwinds will report on the true DSL speeds?

Thanks
