    OnCall Calendars


      I have just installed AC and have some alerts coming in from Orion Solarwinds and few other sources, now I want to create some scheduling rules and am having trouble.


      What I would like to accomplish, is to have the alerts go to the NOC during the hours of 8AM - 5PM and then have the alerts routed to the oncall person from 5PM - 8AM the next morning. This schedule rotates from Friday evening to the following the Friday morning.


      It looks like I will have to create two calendar entries for each person, since the time will not let me select 5PM-8AM.


      Has anyone had any experience with setting this up, that could lend some advise?
