    Alert central not attaching the original email



      we have alert central setup to receive emails from nagios and send them to the appropriate people, this part is working fine and the emails are getting processed and sent, but we also need to receive the original email content with the alert central email, I understand that there is the option of receiving the original alert email as attachment or inline plain text in the user profile options, but regardless of setting it to send as attachment or inline text user receive only the alert central email with no attachment or plain text of the original email, seems like alert central ignores this option completely!

      Any idea how to resolve this issue ?
