    How to submit a ticket as another user?


      I have a teacher at each location who is our go to person for that building.  This teacher who has a user account themselves.  I would like to be able to give this one teacher, the ability to submit Web Help Desk tickets as a different user.


      Any help would be appreciated.

          You should set up a client admin role, you can find it in the clients section under settings give it a name and decide the types of case they can create tickets for.


          Then go to the client icon and find the teacher you want to have the rights and select the role you just created in the client admin role


          You will also need to go to the locations in the settings area and check mark the option called Client admin can report for others for  each location the teacher can report tickets for
