Error upgrading to 9.4.2

I have had this same problem upgrading the last 3 versions of Kiwi Syslog. I am logged onto the server as a domain administrator, I am chosing Run As Administrator, and I get this error:

I have to abort the installation and move the file out, then re-run the installation. Surely there's a better way?

Thank you. We have a hotfix for Kiwi Syslog (9.4.1) running on Windows Server 2012 R2. I have seen where multiple process of the task engine can be started.

Is it possible that this file is in use, or more than one process is running?

The first thing the installer does is stop the service, so it shouldn't be running, and I only ran the install once. It's like the installer doesn't stop or remove the scheduled task so that process is stuck.

That's why I'm installing 9.4.2 -- the release notes say that one of its fixes is that it goes great with Server 2012 R2.
