This isn't possible, currently. What I recommend is you consider using SolarWinds Alert Central as a go between. It's free, and will give you the functionality you need, as well as plenty of other really useful features
With Alert Central no longer supported, Pingdom is now the closest relevant SolarWinds product.

actually this could be done if you don't mind being creative.
First- the nodes with problems resource is not interactive so you will need to recreate it either way. Custom Query and some well picked SWQL should do it.
Second- since nodes have custom properties you could choose that path but multiple issues or tickets could get confusing. Now instead if we return active alerts for each node then we can enter alert notes- one ticket# linked to each active alert makes sense to me.
third- we still won't have the ability to enter the ticket number right in the custom query resource, but linking to the active alert details url allows us to open that page- enter alert ticket number under alert note or a custom property and show that same info for others in the custom resource.
Does that sound like what you were thinking of?
