NTA Installation Help

Hi Team,

I am very new for solarwinds as i need help for installing the NTA module. I have saw NTA documents and as per documents NTA should be installed on same NPM box.

In our environment we have Additional Web Server > NPM Main Poller> NPM Addition Poller and for NTA, NTA Poller & NTA data flow storage, So i want to know, where NTA application need to be installed in other words on which NMP Server we need to install NTA application ( NTA Web)

Second Question regarding, NTA flow storage application from we can download the installation file

Here's how I did mine. I installed the NTA on the same server that is running NPM. As for the storage application for the NTA flow server, it is the same file, when you launch it, it will ask if it is the application or storage.

That's perfect but where you have installed on NPM main poller ?t & same server NPM server is receiving flows correct?

Yes on my main poller, it also receives my flows, that is correct. The flow storage database, my SQL database and my application server/poller are 3 separate servers. When you install the NTA on the main poller, it will ask you where the flow storage is located and give you the opportunity to point to the flow storage server.
