    Report Assistance, worked on time by tech, by ticket


      Would like to create a report that shows me my techs, then each specific ticket they worked on, the Day(s) / Times they worked on the ticket, and the hours per worked on entry.   Similar to the following breakdown:


      Tech: JDoe Ticket: 123456 worked on Entry : 03/15/2015 1 Hour

      Tech: JDoe Ticket: 123456 Worked on entry: 03/16/2015 2 hours


      etc ...



      I can't see to build this via the reports.    Does anyone have any ideas?   Thoughts?
