VOIP Search Not Working After Orion Upgrade

We recently upgrade to NPM v11.5. After the upgrade VOIP Searches return no results. I checked the upgrade chart and it shows VNQM v4.1 works with 11.5, so what could be the problem. Tried stopping and starting Solarwinds Information Services V3 and that didnt help. Has anyone had issues with VNQM after an upgrade to v11.5?

If it helps the next guy with this issue we had to recreate a new sftp folder. Apparently, the hundreds of thousands of files stored in the sftp folder were not seen after upgrading. We created a new folder…

Hi,
Try checking to see if your sftp service is running that handles your cdr imports.

I was told (and discovered firsthand) that VNQM is not compatible with the orion core update that you'd get from NPM 11.5/SAM 6.2. Maybe michal.hrncirik‌ can confirm if anything has changed in that regards.
edit: whoops misread 4.1 and not 4.2

officially is VNQM 4.1 working with NPM 11.5. I'm not aware of issue with VNQM search just because of NPM version. If you see CDRs on your FTP server and no results in VNQM, let's open support case and we will have a look where the problem is.
