How to delete all tickets and put the counter to 0

Dear all,

I would like to ask you one question :

How to delete all tickets and put the counter to 0 ? I cannot find any buttons "Reset" or "Delete Tickets" ? Do I need to do it through the database ? If yes, how to access on it ?
