dtawater - What browser are you using?  I noticed the same issue when I open the site from Chrome.  But when I opened with IE11, the link is not broken and works.

I definitely use chrome.  I have tried it in both browsers, I wonder if its a content type mismatch issue.  Either way, here is the screenshot of the error in Internet Explorer with the image property details that show the image is not at that address.

It's in every browser. IE, firefox, waterfox, chrome, etc...

Sometimes it shows, sometimes it does not.

I filed a ticket on it after the 12.1 upgrade, it's a known issue.

Thank you very much.  I appreciate it.  I couldn't find the bug report forum and so couldn't search for an existing bug.  Where do i submit bug reports?  I have another several to post about.

Same issue here, the only new thing i can bring up is when i try to display the image by itself.

I sometimes see this in IE 10. Most of the time the icon is there. Sometimes its not. Does not seem to matter if I am on an internal or external network.

Has anyone been able to resolve this?

This is the debug error i get when attempting to manually delete these messages (this may be a new post, yet, i am putting here to see if there is a web method call that is causing an issue with the display of hte gif and the actual purpose of closing or deleting these messages.)
