Is it possible to ignore "Cluster Indexes by Fragmentation" for certain databases?

It seems like it's all or nothing for database monitoring. I can unmanage a database but I don't want to do that. I just want to ignore the "Clustered Indexes by Fragmentation" with the database metrics. Thanks for your help!

Certainly! Simply remove the Warning and Critical thresholds for Index Fragmentation of the databases you don't care to be alerted about index fragmentation
