I'm assuming your VMAN appliance is offline (not internet accessible) otherwise with the licensing framework, it should have automatically gotten your new license when you renewed Maintenance.
Nonetheless, Customer Service can get you sorted out in short order.
I was bitten by this as well. Unfortunately some things cannot be changed in our environment until the weekend and I have not been able to get support to reset the license.
Why is there no user reset capability for VMAN from the portal?
