    Remove Email Requirement


      I have clients in our Web Helpdesk system that do not have email (Porters, Waitresses, Front Desk Staff) that need support from IT.  The question is how do I remove the requirement from web helpdesk to allow accounts to be created without email addresses and to update accounts from the tech side where the email field is not checked for existence when saving the record.
