    How do I change thet status of a ticket on the iPhone app?


      When our techs use the iPhone app (or mobile interface), they can't find the data fields needed to change the status of a ticket.  Is this field hidden?  If so, can it be activated on the mobile interface?  The only option I can see now is to create a action script and ask them to run that.
