Dear all,
I would like that when one user selects the request type, it will assign the ticket to the right tech group taking into account the Location.
My Tech Group Software :
Peter and Gianni are technicians for EMEA, but Noor for another location
It means that when an user with the location EMEA will select the request type "Software", it will assign to Noor and I do not want this situation.
How I can manage it taking into account that Noor has to be in the same Tech Group as Peter and Gianni ?
