Switch to free license button missing?

I recently upgraded to v12 of Web Help Desk and have been using the free license previously, yet since upgrading, I am now in demo mode again with no option to switch to the free license.

Has this quick switch option been removed, or do I need to actually jump through the hoops of registering, just to obtain a free license?
