Hello:
I am new to this site and I am not sure is this issue has been addressed at all.
We are using Solarwinds Web Help Desk software.
When I choose to run a query and select "Download TSV" from the "Perform action with selected item" gear icon the results are not in the correct time stamped order for the field "Latest Notes".
When the ticket is viewed within the system the Latest Notes are in the correct order. It is only when viewed in Excel that the Latest Notes area is out of order.
Clarification: Each note within a ticket is out of order. I have copied a note to notepad and separated each time stamped note with a line break. They are not in any order as far as I can tell.
Any suggestions?
Can I provide any other information that might be useful?
