Trap Alerts Trigger Thresholds

I am trying to send alerts based on traps. But the issue is that the devices send traps every 10mins and alerts are forwarded every 10mins. If i enable Trigger threshold and suppress alert actions let's say for 30 mins and at 15th min some new device sends a trap, will the alerts for this device be suppressed or alerts only for the particular device be suppressed for 30mins??

If the new device's trap matches the trigger and alert conditions of the alert for the original device, then it would just follow wherever the trigger threshold is at.
