    E-mail tickets are disabled for your account


      I have a user who tried to submit a ticket via email and he got a response that:


      Subject: ERROR: Your support request could not be processed

      E-mail tickets are currently disabled for your account.

      I'm not sure what it's about, the email ticket generator seems to be working fine.  This user has not submitted a ticket before.

      Anyone have any ideas?
