to be clear (not knowing your KB env.), I'm referring to logging into the customer portal and looking at my archived support tickets, then being able to search through the body of the individual tickets.
I'm really pleased to announce that we have updated the SolarWinds Customer Portal to include searching within the body of your ticket.
To do this Login to your Customer Portal > Support Tickets > Review All Cases. You can then type your search query in the search box > Find Your Case
