    Alert Central Subject configuration


      The method we use to "SMS" alerts is via an sms gateway which sends 160 characters starting with the subject line of the received email, followed by email header information. This means Alert Central emails are sent to technicians with approx. 80 characters of useful information followed by about the same amount of useless information.

      It seems to me the subject line is being truncated for 'niceness', is there a way to increase the length of the subject line generated by Alert Central? I'm sure it's somewhere I've just missed it.
