    Setting to notify customers of new ticket

      What setting do you need to adjust to automatically email a customer once he submits a ticket via email.  I thought it was the setting Auto-Reply to client set to Ticket Creation only.  That doesn't seem to do it.  Is there another setting that I have missed?
