Application Monitor - HTTP Component Thresholds

What is the recommended set of thresholds to use in an HTTP monitor? We don't have any thresholds set and an application monitor with a HTTP component is sending alerts every few minutes.

Should we just set the "Use thresholds calculated from baseline data"? I don't have any example of some thresholds to use.for warning or critical.
