    Email alerts missing information.


      I cloned the Rule Template "Template: User Account Lockout.  I set it so it would email me every time a user locked themselves out of their PC.  I am getting the alert email but it is missing all the information.  The email subject is fine.  It stated "Account Lockout"  The body of the email only contains the default info i.e. "at from on DC"  I want it to display a message like this "UserA at 0800hrs from PCName on DC DomainControllerA"  I will attach a copy of the Rule I am using as well as the email alert I am getting.  The Rule I use has some fields next to the $date, $info, $source and $dest but I can't enter anything in there or check them to enable them.  Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
