    Do you have the capability of automatically assigning an email ticket to a specific license?


      We have 2 main email addresses that will create tickets for my company.  I was wondering if there was a way to designate an auto assignment based on which email address was used.


      So if ticket A comes in to this address, it auto assigns to this person and if ticket B comes in to the other address it will assign to a different user automatically, without having to change assignment.
