    None of the group members are getting emails. Only when I enter an escalation policy is when an email alert is sent out.


      The email is getting sent out so this rules out any email server issue. (via escalation policy)


      So, any individual user listed under the Members section in group will not receive, unless I add the same members ins escalation policy. Anyone else experiencing the same issue and any resolution.
