    ticket assignment on vacation

      Tickets are being auto assigned round robin. When a tech is on vacation and checks the "On Vacation" tickets are still being assigned to tech. Is this normal behavior? I was under the understanding that if a tech checks the On Vacation that the auto assign will not assign a ticket to anyone on vacation.
