    Hiding linked tickets in WHD


      Is there a way or a way around the linked tickets all showing up in the ticket stack? Ideally it would be nice to have these hidden or stacked  while the only ticket being updated is likely be the parent, Problem ticket.


      I was thinking of setting up an action rule to change the assignment or status when a ticket is linked but there doesn't seem to be a way to have "Linked to a problem" as the criterion for triggering an action rule, so this would have to be manual change at the moment.
