We have multiple users who could possibly be at any of our locations, and any of our rooms. How do I make it, so that when they create a ticket, they are able to select any location/room?
It would be a *very* time consuming process to manually add all the locations or rooms for each one of these users, so I'm looking for an option, or maybe even a way to via script perform this.
