Can I get some basic information to start? What version of Storage Manager are you running? What are the specs on your Storage Manager server? What are the specs on your Proxy Agents? How many disks do you have within each array? Are they monitored by the same agent? How frequently are your polling cycles? Which version of the IBM Firmware are you running? (probably many more to follow)
Most likely you will probably have to change Java settings to increase the amount of memory that's being used by the various Java processes. There may also be some other artifacts that are appearing based on the different storage architectures.
Once I get a better understanding of your environment, I can help make suggestions on changes that will need to be made. The more details, the better we can offer suggestions.
