    view asset history


      I would like to see all assigned tickets to a certain asset, open and history. Is this possible?

      Now I am able to view assets as admin, how can I view assets as Tech?

          1st question:

          Go to your 'Assets' tab and search for an asset. Click on the asset number and check out the 'Asset History' and 'Ticket History'


          This should be what you're looking for.


          Question 2: Techs should be able to do the same thing, assuming you gave them the following permissions in Setup>Techs>Tech Permissions
