Can't add monitor F5 LTM into Solarwind NPM

Dear all

I had Solarwind NPM server v11 but i can't add F5 LTM os v11.3 into Solarwind server.I had config SNMPv2 on F5. Solarwind Server and F5 connect via Switch Layer 3 Juniper ex8200 and not have firewall between Solarwind Server and F5. Please guide me fix it.

What's the error message? Can you post a screenshot of your Node configuration?
