    request types by company


      Setting up the Web Help Desk for a multi-company support group, I have discovered a n administrative nightmare.

      We have external parties logging calls for our clients - eg they manage some application, and have a request for us. They work with multiple of our customers.

      We need to restrict the request type per company as linked to all of its locations. Is there a way to link request types to a location group?
