Our print devices are covered by support contracts. Each month we receive phone calls asking for click counts on these devices. I'm hoping to create a custom report displaying these. My guess is that I'd have to start by creating custom pollers for the devices and configure them to track the click (page) count. We just purchased and installed NPM, NCM & SAM, however, I'm very new to these and would appreciate all the advice I can get. I'm hoping someone will reply with some detail regarding how they created a similar report.
