Delay in IPAM IP data

I observed a weird behavior in IPAM (v 4.1, production) where I add a new subnet but it does not populate the IP’s (not hosts but the actual ip range) within the subnet until the following day. This is true even if I force IPAM to scan the subnet immediately by making it the top queue. It complains that no range has been defined. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Hy Systemadmin, this is the same question you asked here: IPAM Delay in IP population
My recommendation is 1) upgrade to IPAM 4.2 first and if that won't help open a support ticket and we will take a look where the problem may be. please, keep us posted.
