    Unexpected error occured

I recently did a server migration for NPM 10.6.  I went ahead and installed NPM and SQL 2008, and also configure NCM.  Migrated and restored both databases with no issues.  The problem that I'm having is that the web console is not working.  I can get to the log on screen, and log in, but as it is loading I get the dreaded unexpected error occurred.  If I click on the settings link in the upper right hand corner, I get the following error message,"that there was no endpoint listening at net.tcp://mo-npm2:17777/orion/core/businesslayer that could accept the message."

I have done a complete uninstall of SQL as well as NPM and NCM.  I have made sure that all services are running and have restarted them.  I'm also noticing the syslog and trap services are bombing out as well and are constantly restarting.  I do have a support ticket in.  Has anyone come across a situation like this?  I'm at the point of bringing the older server back up and just blowing the new one away and starting from scratch, as I  need NPM running.
