No virtualization mapping found

Getting the following message when clicking on a LUN within Storage manager:

"No virtualization mapping found" (Screenshot Below:) It works correctly on other luns on different arrays and even with other luns on the same array. Has anyone seen this?

Hi rcdavid,
Is that LUN mapped to your VMware environment? STM can only monitor VMware for Virtualization Mapping. I'm guessing it's not since the LUN name ends in "-Citrix", but that's just a guess.

Balki,
We are running all of our Citrix servers in VMWare. They are all VMWare guests (Windows Servers) and we label the LUNs accordingly.
