Monitor storage processor on EMC VNX

Do you mean your Storage Processors?  If so, then within Storage Manager, they can be found under the VNX and then the Performance Tab, then the Controller reports.

Ok.  when I click on % Percent utilization in the demo I get this chart  

The problem is that when I look at our devices, its running between 99.995 and 99.996% all the time.  this is incorrect because I'm looking at the chart within our EMC console.  Now I was told that this should be fixed in 5.7.2 which I upgraded to about 15 min ago, so I'm just wondering if I got to wait a little while to see the change take effect. 

Lester - do me a favor and check back after you give 5.7.2 a little time to bake-in.

After some baking the numbers are coming down.  I think the new version is working. 

Did this view or metric get transfered into SRM?

It is not yet available in SRM Orion module but is available in SRM Profiler module, of course.

So I need to install the Profiler and run it with SRM?  Can these two run at the same time?

Yes, they are designed to run at the same time but I advise running them on different servers.
