I am trying to create a report in WHD to show work time per tech per ticket.
Currently we have a custom field setup for project codes - each ticket is assigned a relevant project code.
We run a report of work time per project, per assigned tech - this reports incorrect data - based upon who is the assigned tech.
So I guess what I need is tabular report of work time per tech, per tech, per project (per project can be a rolled up value - as the current reports do)
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
