will my files deleted if i upgrade to the latest version?

i am using Engineer's Toolset v9. when i tried to run the network performance monitor tool, it gives me an error" "this release (EE) of network performance monitor is limited to monitoring no more than 0 network elements. you will need to upgrade to the next release in order to monitor more network elements".

i have been capturing a network traffic data for about a week but now i could not even open/capture any file.

what can i do? please help

There shouldn't be any limitation on the node count.

As it worked before and then stopped, it seems like something worth checking from the log/diag. perspective...Therefore, could you please contact our support?

After upgrading Toolset, no data should be lost, but having a back up is always wise.
