I was wondering if you could assist.
I am in the process of setting up the Solarwinds Log and Event Manager.
I have it setup fine on our UK domain, uk.domain.local, which is on the following subnet: 172.16.0.0
I want to now push out the agents on our US domain, us.domain.local which is on a different subnet: 172.18.0.0
I have copied over the remote agent to a server on the US domain and understand that it can't automatically detect hosts as the LEM is on the UK subnet.
It gives the option to deploy using a text file, but I can't find any documentation on this process, can someone shed some light on which text file it is looking for or how to create the text file?
