Scheduled Reports Not Running

Have you had a chance to speak with support and if so, do you have a case opened and if so, what's the case number?  (Run-on question much?)

I can dig in a little more for you, but I'll need more information.  If a case is already opened, then I can probably get the updates from there.  If not, let me know and we can work together on this.

Yeah I did open a case.  We found out that an email address wasn't added to the scheduled task and that was causing it to fail.  Once I set up an email address, the report ran correctly the next day.
