I have a problem something similar. We are using NPM 10.5. On NPM, when I open a node and go to custom chart (For example i chose, Time Period: 7 days and Sample Interval: Once a day) and click on export html....I see NO VALUE for some of the days under Packet Loss (pls refer to the attached screen shot).
If i point my cursor on the chart on the specif date, I can see some values shown, at least it shows 0.00%. Can anyone tell me why is it so? Is there a way to week my NPM to make it show 0%? Please help.
