    Is there a way to throttle rapidly incoming SNMP traps?

      Sometimes something haywire would happen and we can get several traps per minute on the exact same thing. And because we forward those traps to an email address, we can get spammed quite badly by one of these events. Can we set the trap receiver/parser to roll up multiples of the same traps into one alert per minute or the like? The the email will have something like "The following message occured 47 times in the last minute: Blah blah trap blah bla"
