I have an issue where when emails are sent out to me and a fellow coworker, we validate the email, but it doesn't validate in Alert Central. Me and my coworker have AT&T phones, Iphone and Samsung note 3. I'm trying to figure out what is going on. Any help with this situation will be great.

I was as well but I found the reason was the sender is always something different ie (210 100-242, 210 100-234 and on) I resolved this by copying the validation message, and pasted in an MMS to my alert central address (email@example.com) after "validate"
