Why my Dell Access Points (powered by aruba) is not recognised as a wireless device?

I have a Dell PowerConnect W-IAP105 (same model as Aruba IAP-105) and the one with Aruba firmware is recognised as a wireless device, but the other with Dell firmware isn't.

Why is this happening since both are exactly the same hardware and share the same private mib?

BTW, my NPM is at version 10.7.
