    Is there a way to make alert central only open new cases?

      So, I have a problem. People at my company are receiving cases that are being reactivated and just ignoring them. Is there any way I can tell Alert Central to only make new cases not "Case has been reactivated"? or have the SAM/NPM/UDT products only submit new cases to alert central?
