On our Summery page, we have a list nodes which currently have an issue:
Is there a method of adding an extra column to this view called 'Comments'? We would be looking to add ticket numbers for each of the faults and perhaps a small description of the latest update.
I've readt this article https://thwack.solarwinds.com/thread/53302 - but it's not quite what I'm after.
Any help would be greatly appriciated.
This is a canned report/component in Orion.
While the article you linked might help in some way, the best way to do this, I think, is to create a custom report. I am guessing, since you want to add ticket info, you have a way to automatically import this info from your ticket system, so a custom report would do the trick.
