Other than the Remote support function what does the Centralized server give me? Can I manage a global host list and have that list pushed to the client or have the client connect to the centralized server to access that list?

Thank you, I was able to remove and reinstall the client so that it is in centralized mode. One of the issues I am seeing now is that every time I want to connect to a remote pc I have to change the authentication type from "Encrypted windows logon" to "Windows NT Challenge/response" and then check the box to use current logon credentials. In the past we only had to do this the first time we connected to that PC when using the saved host list. Now we have to do it every time. Is there a way to change the default authentication type so that we do not have to do this every time?
Thank you
In MRC click on 'View' menu item and select 'Default Host Properties'. New dialog window appears. Select 'Authentication Options' tab and set values you want to use.
Perfect! Thank you for all your help today!
